Contact-form notifications
Set your @tgbox.io address as the notification recipient in an existing form service. The form still sends email; you receive the result in Telegram.
Test emails
Check that a development app sends its welcome email or report. Use a dedicated test address and delete it when the experiment is over.
Use it for convenient, non-critical notifications. Keep a separate, reliable channel for production incidents or anything you cannot afford to miss.
THE SETUP

Three small steps.
You do not need to create a bot, connect your inbox, or give us your email password.
Open the mail2.you botChoose your address
Start the bot, tap “Manage mailboxes,” then “Add new mailbox.” Pick an available handle on tgbox.io. Keep “Never expires” selected for recurring reports.
Set your tool’s recipient
Enter the new address in its email notification settings. Keep the tool’s existing SMTP server or email provider: tgbox.io receives mail and does not provide outgoing SMTP credentials.
Send a test and check Telegram
Allow up to a minute for a new mailbox to become active, then send a non-sensitive test email. The bot forwards the content to your private chat.

A few useful answers.
What is an @tgbox.io email address?
It is a receiving address you create through mail2.you. Email sent to that address is forwarded to the Telegram account that owns the mailbox. tgbox.io is one of mail2.you’s mailbox domains.
Can I forward selected emails from my existing inbox?
Yes, if your email provider supports forwarding. Add your tgbox.io mailbox as a forwarding destination, complete any confirmation, and create a filter for the emails you want. This does not give mail2.you access to the rest of your inbox.
Can I reply from Telegram or send email through tgbox.io?
No. The service receives email and forwards it to Telegram. Replies sent to the bot are not emailed back to the original sender. Use your normal email service if you need to reply.
Why has my test email not appeared?
Check the full address, make sure the mailbox is active, and start the mail2.you bot if you have not already. Allow up to a minute after creating or restoring a mailbox. Check the sending tool’s delivery log; files over the attachment limits are skipped.
What happens when I delete an address?
New email to it is dropped. The handle stays reserved and cannot be claimed by another user. You can restore your mailbox later with a new expiry or no expiry; email dropped while it was inactive is not recovered.
Is this suitable for critical alerts?
mail2.you is a free, early-stage service provided as is, without delivery guarantees. Do not rely on it for emergency alerts, critical account access, banking, government services, or account recovery.
